Click the link "Register" at the top of the website. This will take you to the "Create Your Account" page where you can enter personal and professional details along with your e-mail address and password to register.

Enter your e-mail address and password in the log in section and select the "Log In" button.

Click the tab "Submit Inquiry" on the top navigation bar. Select a therapeutic area (optional), product for which you have an inquiry, and enter your question in the space provided for "Submit your inquiry here." Please provide your contact information as requested on the inquiry form and finally, click the "Submit" button. One of the Novartis representatives from the HCP Contact Center will contact you via the information you provided.

Once you register on the website, a password provides you a secure way of accessing the Novartis product medical content as well as prevents unauthorized access to your profile information.
